Who we are

This website, alvara.ae, is operated by Alvara, an AI-native vertical software studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Alvara, and "you" means anyone using this website.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

They are not the terms of a project. If we work together, that work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Using this site

You may read this site, share links to it, and get in touch. You may not:

• Interfere with the site, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not published.
• Use it to send anything unlawful, or anything designed to damage a computer system.
• Scrape or copy the site systematically in order to reproduce it, in whole or in substantial part.
• Present yourself as us, or imply an association or endorsement that does not exist.

What is on the site

The site describes what we do and what we have built. It is written to be accurate, but it is descriptive, not contractual: nothing here is an offer, a quotation, a warranty of any outcome, or advice you should act on without talking to us.

Product descriptions, timelines and any figures shown are illustrative of how we work. What we will actually do for you, by when, is what the signed agreement says.

We may change or remove anything on this site at any time, and we do not undertake to keep it continuously available.

Intellectual property

The design of this site, its text, its photography and the Alvara name and marks belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not reuse the design, the photography or the marks without our written permission.

Marks that are not ours

Product names and logos shown on this site that belong to other companies, including those of the businesses we have built software for, remain the property of those companies. They appear here to identify the work, and their appearance is not a transfer of any right in them, nor an endorsement of us by their owners beyond what those owners have said themselves.

Links to other sites

This site links out to a booking page and to social profiles hosted by other companies. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for them, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive. A link is not an endorsement.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or your reliance on anything published here.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date in the rail beside this text is when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
